GPT Sites

GPT sites are similar to PTC sites, with one major difference.  GPT sites are looking for your participation.  You get paid to look at sites AND complete questionnaires in those sites.  Payouts usually vary from as low as .10 all the way up to $40 per completed survey and/or offer completed.  The biggest advice I can give you is to almost ALWAYS avoid any site that will pay a large sum of money for completing an offer.  Why?  Simple.  First, you are almost assuredly going to be giving out credit card info (never do this).  Second, if they are paying you, for example $40 to complete an offer, you can be sure they will be making that and more back from you.  You will be signing up for some service that will cost you money.  This defeats the purpose of what you are doing.  So if it asks for your credit card info, move on as quickly as you can.

Second, like PTC sites, if you are not going to get referrals, this is not the deal for you.  No matter what any other place tells you, nobody is going to pay you big bucks per hour just to skim through a few ads.  If they did, everybody would be doing it!  So while you can make a little reviewing ads yourself, it is imperative you have others working under you and helping make money for you.  The following are some of the sites I have experience with.

CashCrate- Cash Crate is among the largest and well known GPT sites.  It is the one I use the most.  As with all GPT sites, it has its good and bad points.  First we will start with the good.

Customer service!  It could not be better.  If you have a problem they will assist immediately.  When they are in the wrong, they are even likely to give you a bonus for their mistake.  I got a $5 bonus after a check was lost.  Their forums are great, filled with helpful advice and their are plenty of admins there to offer ideas and suggestions to help you.
They give a $1 bonus for signing up and offer plenty of offers and surveys to keep you busy.  Once you reach $20, you can cashout and they offer higher payouts as your referrals increase.  You get paid on not only your referrals, but also your referrals referrals.

Now the bad.  The offers are maddening.  Most are difficult to complete and getting paid out on about 65% of your completed offers would be a good percentage.  Their are a varieties of reasons that offers do not pay, but often they don't.  The admins seem powerless to fix this situation and it makes it very hard to volunarily do offers wondering if you will be compensated.  I have resorted to relying almost strictly on referrals.  It seems to me it is easier to recruit and let others do the offers than to do it myself.

I would recommend Cash Crate, but only use it in conjunction with other sites, and ONLY if you plan to recruit.
